Chennai and Rajasthan Royal Teams banned 2 Years for IPL!

New Delhi:

Indian premier league teams Chennai Super kings (CSK) and Rajaysthan Royals (RR) franchisees are suspended from the league for 2 years.

Chennai- and- Rajasthan- Royal- Teams- banned- 2- Years- for- IPL!

Justice RM Lodha said the committee proposes to ban these two franchisees as Gurunath Meiyappan from Chennai Super Kings and Raj Kundra from Rajansthan Royals are found in betting on IPL Matches 2013.

Meiyappan was a team principal of CSK and Kundra was Co-Owner of Rajasthan Rayals Jaipur base team. Also BCCI former president’s son-in –law Meiyappan was banned for life time for cricket, for betting.
